You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Indonesia. - What kinds of products do you sell?
Physical merchandise only (no digital goods). - How do I pay?
We accept:
• Bank Transfer (BNI, BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BSI)
• E-wallets & QRIS (DANA, ShopeePay, OVO, GoPay)
• Retail outlets (Alfamart, Indomaret) - Is the price shown final?
Yes. All listed prices already include Indonesian VAT. - How long until my order ships?
1–3 business days after we confirm your payment. - How long does delivery take?
An additional 2–7 business days depending on courier and your location in Indonesia. - Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing it by e-mailing munas@dincreativeagency.com. After that, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. - Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or sizing issues.
Only if the item arrives damaged or defective can you request a replacement or refund—notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos. - Is there a product guarantee?
Yes. Every item is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered. - What if the courier loses or damages my package?
Risk transfers to you once the package is handed to the courier. However, if the item arrives visibly damaged, follow the defect procedure in FAQ #8. - Do you ship outside Indonesia?
No. We currently ship only within Indonesia. - How do I contact customer service?
